Terms of Use

By creating an account, deploying a OneLook365 collector, or otherwise accessing OneLook365 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

OneLook365 provides automated, read-only health and security assessments of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and SQL Server environments (each, a "Module"). The Service works by deploying a collector into your environment, running a series of diagnostic checks, and generating a report of findings.

Not all Modules are generally available at all times. Modules marked "Coming Soon" are under development and may change or be delayed without notice.

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including your name, work email, company, role, country, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account.

OneLook365 is designed to operate on a strictly read-only basis. The Service:

• Never creates, modifies, or deletes objects in your directory or connected systems;
• Uses a dedicated, least-privilege service account that you provision and control;
• Uses credentials in memory for the duration of an assessment only, and does not persist them after the scan completes.

You are responsible for provisioning an account with appropriate read-only permissions and for revoking access when no longer needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to assess any environment you are not authorized to assess;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent;
• Use the Service in a manner that could disrupt, disable, or overburden our infrastructure or that of our customers;
• Share generated reports containing sensitive findings outside your organization without appropriate safeguards.

We may offer a free trial of the Service. At the end of a trial period, continued access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not require payment card details to start a free trial unless explicitly stated at signup.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by OneLook365 and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Reports generated from your own environment are yours to use, share, and retain.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we design every assessment to be read-only and non-disruptive, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that findings will be exhaustive or fully accurate for every environment configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLook365 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneLook365 is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section will be finalized with counsel prior to publication.
